🌹🎲 Roll the Dice with "Random Access Matchmaking"

Dear Writers,
We’ve just launched a new type of Subrosa round for writer matchmaking!
“Random Access Matchmaking” (every Friday at 12pmPST)
This weekly round is for individual writers who are in a spontaneous mood to write a short and quick two-chapter collaborative Switch-Lit story relatively soon and get matched with a stranger on a “first come, first serve”, or random, basis.
Think of it like the small size or mini option amongst the Switch-Lit Subrosa rounds with the aliveness of surprise (anything and anyone is possible), and yet, a minimal cost (time) to start exploring the world of collaborative storytelling via Switch-Lit.
Random Access Matchmaking stories activate every Friday at 12pmPST:
Story settings:
1 chapter per writer • 500 word limit per chapter • 3 days per turnRound rules:
1) Sign up for a free Switch-Lit account to officially join the next round.
2) Participating writers will be matched at random with the next available writer.
3) Every Friday, matched writers will receive email notifications that their story is officially active in their account Dashboards.
** If you do not receive an email notification, then you are next in line and will be matched the following Friday when a new writer joins. **Round registration deadline:
Join by Fridays 10am PST for stories launching at 12pmPSTAwards or prizes:
All finished stories can be submitted for consideration to be published in the Switch-Lit Public Library, and considered for future multimedia adaptations.
Who might be your random match, and from where? What will you write together against otherwise impossible odds?
Roll the dice and you might make a new friend for future stories!
